Child Consulting by Donna, LLC., offers consultation packages, caregiver education, training, ABA tutoring, and comprehensive care for those involved with children on the Autism Spectrum.

Assessment: Assessments are implemented throughout the course of treatment services in order to identify an individual's baseline functioning at the onset and progress through the course of programming. Comprehensive assessments may include but are not limited to documentation review, parent/caregiver reports, and indirect and direct assessments. Individualized treatment recommendations are created as a result of an analysis of the information/data collected during the assessment process.  

ABA Programming:  We specialize in the development of social competencies in order to afford your child opportunities to lead an enriched social life and establish meaningful social relationships. Through social development programming, specific complex areas of social functioning are broken down into smaller components and those concrete skills are then taught systematically.   The Social Develop Program is divided into three phases of programming. 

Phase I: Preliminary Social Learner  The Preliminary Social Learner has a limited social repertoire. During this phase, the learner will develop pre-requisite social skills with proficiency prior to advancing to Phase II. Some of the preliminary social skills include: effectively communicating needs/wants; following one-step directives; transition between activities with minimal assistance.  

Phase II: Intermediate Social Learner  The Intermediate Social Learner is more advanced and ready to learn. In Phase II, the learner will acquire skills such as making eye contact while communicating, engage in interactive play, appropriately request attention (e.g., "Look what I did!"), and initiate conversation.  

Phase III: Socially Savvy Learner  The Socially Savvy Learner has achieved an advanced level of social abilities and is ready to master more complex skills such as maintaining a conversation, role playing appropriate social behavior across settings, respecting personal space, problem solving and much more!!   If you reside in the Pinal County area and are seeking ABA therapy for your child, interest lists are in place for children 4 years to early adolescent on an individualized basis. 

The RBT Competency Assessment builds on what the behavior technician learns in their 40-hour training program, by testing their ability to carry out required tasks. The Competency Assessment is complete when the behavior technician demonstrates competency in each task, some areas of the assessment require a client be present.  Proficiency must be demonstrated in the terminology, implementation, and evaluation of various behavior mechanisms as defined by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board® (BACB)®.  The assessment can only be administered after completing the 40-hour training. The assessment cannot be completed more than 90 days before submitting an RBT certification application. The Competency Assessment investment is a flat rate of $150 and must be paid prior to the Competency Assessment.

Tutoring: Tutoring sessions are available to help you prepare for the RBT exam! The investment for tutoring sessions is $60 per 60-minute session and must be paid prior to commencing the tutoring session. 

BCBA Salazar provides a supervision program in Pinal County for aspiring BCBAs and BCaBAs in alignment with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board® (BACB)®. BCBA candidates are required to complete 2000 hours of supervised fieldwork and BCaBA candidates are required to complete 1500 hours of supervised fieldwork prior to sitting for the certification exam. Five percent of the total hours must be supervised by a qualified BCBA. Supervision investments are rated at a flat rate of $65 per 60-minute session and are billed prior to commencing the supervision session.
